1. Date and season
Saturdays from May to October are the most requested dates in Cyprus, especially for weddings. Weekdays and the winter season usually offer more flexibility.
2. Hours and programme
The minimum DJ booking is 5 hours. A five-hour party and a full wedding day with ceremony, dinner and party are very different amounts of work. The more parts of the day the DJ covers, the more equipment and set-up time is needed.
3. Equipment
Sound for 50 guests in a restaurant is not the same as a PA for 300 guests outdoors. Lighting, a stage, LED screens and karaoke are added to the estimate only if you need them.
